Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute business development and marketing strategies aligned with firm objectives.
  • Conduct market, client, prospect, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist with revenue-generating initiatives, including pitches, proposals, and capability statements.
  • Partner with lawyers and stakeholders to develop and promote business development initiatives.
  • Organize and support client events, seminars, conferences, sponsorships, and other marketing activities.
  • Coordinate marketing communications projects, including award and directory submissions.
  • Create and distribute thought leadership and other marketing content.

The Successful Applicant


Successful Candidate:

  • Previous business development and marketing experience within a professional services environment, ideally a law firm.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of legal market trends and client development strategies.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional presence.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable supporting business development initiatives, pitches, client events, marketing campaigns, and thought leadership efforts.
