Job Description

  • Execute BD plans aligned to Capital Markets strategy
  • Manage and deliver pitches, RFPs, and proposals
  • Support client targeting and relationship development
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate across global BD and marketing teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant business development experience supporting Capital Markets or related professional services teams
  • Ability to work independently and achieve goals with limited supervision while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, mentor, and support the professional development of junior team members
  • Excellent writing, editing, analytical, research, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to develop high-quality pitches, proposals, presentations, submissions, and other client-facing materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM platforms, experience management systems, and research tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests while maintaining a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and leadership
  • Ability to incorporate feedback constructively and continuously improve performance
