Job Description



Develop and Grow New Business

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across the aviation ecosystem, including airlines, airports, aircraft operators, maintenance organisations, service providers, and aviation technology companies.
  • Build and execute strategic territory and account plans to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Generate opportunities through networking, industry events, referrals, outbound prospecting, and existing industry relationships.
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts through cross-selling and relationship expansion.



Manage Strategic Customer Relationships

  • Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders and key decision-makers.
  • Understand client business objectives, operational challenges, and strategic initiatives.
  • Position technology, workforce, and managed service solutions aligned to customer needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.



Lead Complex Sales Cycles

  • Manage opportunities from initial engagement through contract negotiation and commercial close.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, presentations, executive briefings, and solution reviews.
  • Collaborate with operational, technical, and delivery teams to create tailored proposals.
  • Lead pricing discussions, business case development, and contract negotiations.



Expand Market Presence

  • Leverage industry knowledge and networks to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends affecting operations, workforce challenges, cybersecurity, technology modernisation, and service management.
  • Represent the organisation at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.



Manage Sales Performance

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and account plans within CRM systems.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Provide leadership with regular pipeline updates and strategic account insights.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5 to 10 years of successful B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling professional services, managed services, IT staffing/workforce solutions, and/or service management solutions.
  • Demonstrated success developing and managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Strong prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting aviation, transportation, logistics, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Existing relationships within aviation-related organisations.
  • Experience selling into airlines, airports, maintenance organisations, aviation service providers, or aerospace companies.
  • Knowledge of IT service management, service desk solutions, managed services, workforce solutions, or enterprise technology services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
