Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting data center operators, OEMs, system integrators, and infrastructure partners.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new revenue opportunities within the data center ecosystem.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers across engineering, procurement, operations, and executive leadership teams.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and solution development through negotiation and contract execution.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, product management, and customer support teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Deliver consistent revenue growth while achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Support long-term strategic account development initiatives focused on expanding market share within data center and critical infrastructure verticals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven success in business development, technical sales, or account management within electronic components, connectivity, networking, power, infrastructure, or related technology markets.
  • Strong understanding of the data center landscape, including hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, cloud, networking, or critical infrastructure environments.
  • Demonstrated experience developing new business and growing strategic customer relationships.
  • Ability to engage technical and commercial stakeholders and communicate complex solutions effectively.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote sales environment.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and high-value opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer engagement and business development activities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
