Carpenter/Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
• Perform hands-on carpentry tasks as required to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address project updates and concerns.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and organized for efficient workflow.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
