Job Description

  • Coordinate catering services for various client events and meetings.
  • Ensure timely setup and breakdown of catering arrangements.
  • Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure high-quality food and service delivery.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of catering and pantry areas.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any issues during events.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to catering services.

A successful Catering Assistant should have:
