The company has built strong relationships with major clients and offers a stable project pipeline, collaborative culture, and opportunities for employees to grow into senior-level positions.Job DescriptionManage pharmaceutical and life science projects from planning through closeout.Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall execution.Lead project meetings with clients, design teams, and trade partners.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.Review drawings and specifications for constructability and coordination.Monitor project costs and provide forecasting throughout the project.Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams.Manage subcontractor scopes, contracts, and change orders.Maintain project schedules and identify potential delays.Ensure projects meet client safety, quality, and operational requirements.Manage construction activities within active and occupied facilities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.Support project turnover, punch list, commissioning, and closeout.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
