Job Description

  • As the CFO-Consumer Goods you will lead financial planning activities to provide clear direction for business priorities.
  • Review financial performance and share timely insights with executive stakeholders.
  • Develop forecasts and budgets that support informed business decisions.
  • Present financial results, trends, and key considerations to the leadership group.
  • Guide financial strategy in line with business goals and operating needs.
  • Oversee financial reporting to provide accurate, useful information for leadership.
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial outcomes and planned initiatives.
  • Set priorities for the finance function and maintain visibility into business performance.
  • This role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CFO-Consumer Goods should have:

  • Must have experience leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities for a Beauty, Cosmetics, or Personal Care brand that has in house and contract manufacturing.
  • MBA is preferred, must have Bachelors in Finance or related field of study.
  • Experience reviewing financial performance and communicating findings to executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate financial information into practical business recommendations.
  • Experience preparing and presenting financial reporting for C-Suite audiences.
  • Ability to guide financial strategy and align plans with business priorities.
  • Experience partnering with leadership teams on financial decisions and performance reviews.
  • Experience leading and developing Accounting and FP&A teams.
  • This role is onsite and based in Los Angeles, CA.
  • Client is not looking to relocate anyone.



What's on Offer

  • Salary of $275,000 to $325,000 base, plus bonus and LTIP.
