Chief Estimator- Birmingham, AL

• Lead the estimating team to deliver accurate and competitive bids for construction projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project scope is accurately defined.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
• Review and approve all estimates before submission to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and labor rates.
• Train and mentor junior estimators to enhance team performance and knowledge.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
