Chief Estimator - Healthcare Construction Projects

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates and project budgets for healthcare construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate pricing and scope alignment.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the preconstruction process.
• Evaluate project costs and identify value-engineering opportunities that maintain quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate the bid process, including soliciting, analyzing, and leveling subcontractor and supplier proposals.
• Monitor budget performance and provide regular cost updates and reports to project stakeholders.
• Ensure all estimates and project pricing align with industry standards, healthcare regulations, and client requirements.
• Support the growth and development of junior estimators through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
