Job Description

The Civil Construction Manager will coordinate and supervise field operations, ensuring construction activities meet safety standards, technical specifications, and project schedules. You will lead site teams, resolve operational challenges, and support overall project delivery through effective planning and communication.

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee civil construction tasks across assigned phases of the project.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to field crews, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and adherence to design requirements.
  • Anticipate schedule risks, implement adjustments, and maintain continuous progress.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify safety and quality compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and internal departments to coordinate resources efficiently.
  • Contribute to budgeting, cost estimation, and progress reporting.
  • Support senior construction leadership in planning and executing project milestones.

The Successful Applicant

    • Proven experience in heavy civil construction (tunnels, bridges, marine works, or major roadway projects).
    • Strong leadership abilities with experience directing field teams on complex infrastructure programs.
    • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies.
    • Deep understanding of construction safety practices and regulatory requirements.
