Civil - Estimator

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
• Identify and evaluate potential risks and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions.
• Review subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure alignment with project goals and budget.
• Maintain and update cost databases to improve the accuracy of future estimates.
• Prepare and present bid proposals in a clear and professional manner.
• Track project costs and provide regular updates to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, material prices, and construction techniques.
