With a commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, the company continues to expand its project portfolio across public and private markets while maintaining a collaborative, team-focused culture.Job DescriptionThe Civil Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed conceptual and hard-bid estimates for a variety of civil construction projects. Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, performing quantity takeoffs, soliciting and evaluating subcontractor and supplier pricing, developing cost analyses, and preparing comprehensive bid proposals. The Estimator will work closely with project management and operations teams to assess project risks, value engineering opportunities, scheduling impacts, and constructability concerns.
