The company provides comprehensive engineering, site development, permitting, and construction support services to public and private sector clients, delivering innovative solutions that positively impact local communities and infrastructure.Job DescriptionManage civil engineering projects from initial planning through final construction.Prepare and review site development plans, grading plans, drainage designs, utility layouts, and erosion control plans.Perform engineering calculations and technical analyses related to land development and infrastructure projects.Coordinate project submissions and approvals with municipal, county, state, and regulatory agencies.Develop project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring projects remain on track.Collaborate with clients, contractors, architects, surveyors, and internal engineering teams.Support permitting efforts and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Conduct site visits, field inspections, and construction observation as required.Prepare technical reports, specifications, cost estimates, and project documentation.Mentor junior engineering staff and provide technical guidance when appropriate.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
