Known for its commitment to safety, quality, and innovation, the company offers employees the opportunity to work on high-profile projects while providing long-term career growth and professional development.Job DescriptionAssist Project Managers with the planning, execution, and closeout of civil construction projects.Coordinate daily project activities with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.Review plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.Track project costs, quantities, change orders, and potential risks.Support procurement efforts by obtaining and managing subcontractor and supplier quotations.Monitor project quality control and assist in implementing corrective actions when necessary.Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and environmental requirements.Collaborate with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies as required.Assist with project forecasting, resource allocation, and productivity tracking.Support project closeout activities, including punch list completion and final documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
