They specialize in heavy civil, infrastructure, utility, roadway, site development, and public works projects, maintaining a reputation for quality workmanship, safety, and long-term client relationships.Job DescriptionAssist Project Managers with the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects.Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, permits, and meeting minutes.Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and progress.Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, and procurement activities.Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance.Support scheduling activities and track milestones using project management software.Conduct site visits and collaborate with field teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality control requirements.Assist with quantity take-offs, cost reporting, and project closeout documentation.Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
