Job Description

  • Manage full project lifecycle from planning to delivery
  • Oversee civil works including earthworks and site preparation
  • Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations
  • Work closely with high-profile clients on technically complex projects

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction
Strong knowledge of earthworks ("know dirt") and site development
Experience on complex or high-specification projects
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Willingness to travel or relocate as required
