Civil Project Manager

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from award through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Lead project planning, procurement, and subcontractor management activities.
• Monitor project performance to ensure delivery within budget and on schedule.
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, permits, and closeout packages.
• Track project financials, including cost reporting, billing, and revenue forecasting.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers to support team development.
