MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Civil Project Manager should have:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.5+ years of project management experience within construction.Experience managing commercial, industrial, civil, infrastructure, site development, healthcare, educational, or municipal projects.Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and cost control.Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms.Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, owners, and project teams effectively.Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to drive projects and teams toward successful outcomes.Ability to analyze project risks and develop proactive solutions.Valid driver's license and willingness to visit project sites throughout Southern New Jersey.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary of $100,000 - $140,000, depending on experience.Annual performance-based bonus.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Generous PTO and paid holidays.Vehicle allowance or company vehicle.Career progression opportunities into Senior Project Manager and Construction Executive positions.Professional training and development opportunities.Stable project pipeline with a well-established contractor.Collaborative leadership team and positive company culture.Interested?
