Their portfolio includes roadway improvements, utility installations, land development, municipal projects, transportation infrastructure, and large-scale sitework.Job DescriptionManage civil construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and clients.Oversee site development activities including grading, excavation, utilities, earthwork, and paving.Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget objectives.Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and quality standards.Work closely with Superintendents and Operations teams to drive successful project outcomes.Support project procurement and subcontractor management activities.Oversee project closeout and final client turnover.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
