With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and long-standing client relationships, the company offers employees the opportunity to work on complex infrastructure and site development projects while advancing their careers within a growing organization.Job DescriptionManage multiple site work and utility projects from award through completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost projections, and manpower forecasts.Lead project planning, buyout, procurement, and subcontractor management activities.Oversee excavation, grading, drainage, water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer construction operations.Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors, utility companies, and municipalities.Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and bid documents.Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation.Monitor project costs and productivity to ensure profitability goals are achieved.Conduct regular jobsite visits and collaborate closely with Superintendents and Foremen.Lead project meetings and provide status updates to clients and company leadership.Ensure projects comply with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company standards.Manage project closeout activities, punch lists, and final owner turnover documentation.Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to minimize impacts on schedule and budget.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
