Known for their commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction, they have built a strong reputation for delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Job DescriptionAssist Project Managers in overseeing civil sitework projects from award through completion.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project schedules are maintained.Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking activities.Review and process submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule or cost impacts.Participate in client, subcontractor, and internal project meetings.Track quantities, production rates, and project performance metrics.Assist with procurement of materials and equipment.Coordinate closely with field operations teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.Help prepare project reports, forecasts, and status updates for leadership.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, contract requirements, and company standards.Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, final documentation, and invoicing.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
