Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects adhere to schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure construction meets project requirements.
  • Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams to maintain productivity and morale.
  • Address and resolve any construction issues or delays promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of project progress and activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Civil Superintendent should have:

  • 5-10 yrs proven expertise in managing construction projects within the property industry.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them on-site.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
