Civil Superintendent

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on civil construction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and site personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while tracking progress against established milestones.
• Enforce all company, client, and regulatory safety requirements across the job site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients throughout project delivery.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and daily project briefings.
• Monitor workforce productivity and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Manage project resources, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Assist with site logistics planning, permitting requirements, and coordination with local authorities.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and daily logs.
• Resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and project disruptions.
