With a strong focus on accountability, professional development, and internal growth, team members are empowered to make an impact while building long-term careers within a company experiencing significant expansion.Job DescriptionReporting to the Senior Superintendent, the Civil / Structural Superintendent will oversee all field operations related to sitework, foundations, concrete, structural systems, and building dry-in activities.Lead civil, sitework, excavation, utility, and structural construction activities from project start through dry-in.Develop, maintain, and execute project schedules to achieve critical milestones.Manage subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and field personnel to ensure high-quality execution.Coordinate concrete, structural steel, framing, and podium construction activities.Monitor project controls, documentation, safety compliance, and quality assurance processes.Identify and proactively resolve schedule, manpower, and constructability challenges.Partner closely with Project Managers and project leadership to ensure successful project delivery.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
