We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, financial management, and successful delivery of commercial construction projects throughout the Cleveland market. This role will partner closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts.
  • Lead owner, architect, engineer, and subcontractor coordination meetings.
  • Oversee contract administration, procurement, and change order processes.
  • Monitor project financial performance and profitability.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Support field teams and work closely with Superintendents to maintain project schedules.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for leadership and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
  • Proven experience managing projects ranging from $5M-$50M+.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling software, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, contracts, and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with healthcare, education, industrial, office, or mixed-use projects is highly desirable.
