Job Description

  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of events within the conference center.
  • Ensure the conference center is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms, ensuring all client requirements are met.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally during events.
  • Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring availability as needed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the conference center staff.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
