Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Lead project budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration
  • Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reporting
  • Monitor project financial performance and forecasting
  • Support preconstruction and client relationship efforts
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction throughout project execution

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $20M+
  • Ground-up commercial construction experience required
  • CMAR experience strongly preferred
  • Strong financial and operational management abilities
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Stable work history and strong tenure preferred
  • Experience with negotiated work environments
