Job Description

  • Lead onsite construction for large-scale K-12 project ($45M)
  • Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and daily field operations
  • Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee project sequencing, logistics, and milestone execution
  • Lead subcontractor meetings and maintain jobsite accountability
  • Monitor progress and proactively resolve field issues

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent
  • Experience with K-12, higher education, or municipal projects
  • Background in CMAR and/or design-build delivery methods
  • Proven ability to lead large ground-up projects ($20M+ preferred)
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and coordination skills
  • Stable work history with strong tenure
  • Open to candidates local to Raleigh or willing to relocate
