Job Description

This CNC Process Engineer will be:

  • Developing and improving manufacturing processes
  • Supporting new product introductions and existing programs
  • Reviewing customer specifications and engineering changes
  • Designing tooling and fixturing solutions
  • Troubleshooting shop floor process and equipment issues
  • Creating operation sheets and engineering documentation
  • Analyzing data to confirm design and process feasibility
  • Driving continuous improvement and waste reduction efforts
  • Collaborating with operators, customers, and vendors

The Successful Applicant

A Successful CNC Process Engineer will have:

  • CNC machining background with hands-on experience
  • 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing engineering preferred
  • Prior machinist experience strongly preferred
  • Engineering, metallurgy, or materials degree preferred
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 and AS9100D standards
  • Working knowledge of Mastercam and SolidWorks
  • Experience using ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and collaborative skills
