They are seeking a CNC Process Engineer to design, implement, and optimize CNC manufacturing processes while playing a key role in automation initiatives. This position offers excellent long‑term career growth opportunities.Job DescriptionPlan, design, and develop CNC manufacturing processes for new and existing products.Design and implement cost‑effective processes that meet quality, safety, and performance requirements.Develop and validate prototypes; refine processes through testing and data analysis.Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including setups, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions.Collaborate cross‑functionally on new product, tooling, and process development initiatives.Integrate new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives into existing operations.Support training on CNC processes, equipment operation, and safety.Work with external suppliers on tooling, equipment, and process support as needed.Ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
