As a family-owned company that has seen rapid growth in recent years with no signs of slowing, they are seeking a CNC Process Engineer to implement and optimize CNC manufacturing processes and play a key role in advancing automation initiatives, offering strong opportunities for career development.

Job Description

Plan, design, and develop CNC manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
Design and implement cost‑effective processes that meet quality, safety, and performance requirements.
Develop and validate prototypes; refine processes through testing and data analysis.
Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including setups, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions.
Collaborate cross‑functionally on new product, tooling, and process development initiatives.
Integrate new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives into existing operations.
Support training on CNC processes, equipment operation, and safety.
Work with external suppliers on tooling, equipment, and process support as needed.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental standards.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Strong foundation in manufacturing and process engineering principles.
CNC machining and process development experience required; automotive manufacturing experience a plus.
Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and process documentation.
Demonstrated creativity, continuous improvement mindset, and effective communication skills.
Familiarity with OSHA and EPA guidelines preferred.
Certifications such as PE, Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus.
