With a strong reputation for engineering expertise and customer focus, the organization offers long-term career growth within a stable and evolving business.Job DescriptionDevelop, test, and optimize CNC programs for precision manufacturing applications.Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to create machining programs.Utilize CAD/CAM software to design machining strategies and tool paths.Adjust machine settings and cutting parameters to improve efficiency while maintaining product quality.Perform quality verification activities to ensure components meet specifications.Troubleshoot machining and programming issues and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and quality personnel to improve manufacturing processes.Create and maintain tooling, setup, and inspection documentation.Train and support production personnel on CNC programs and machine operation.Recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.Develop inspection records and support continuous improvement initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
