Cold Storage Construction Project Manager

• Manage all phases of cold storage construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards at all times.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or changes effectively.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and addressing concerns.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in project management.
