Job Description

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Support the preparation and management of project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor project progress and report on any deviations to the project manager.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist with procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve any issues or challenges that arise.

Required Experience

  • Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or related experience
  • Commercial construction experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience managing project documentation and coordination
  • Ability to work effectively with field and office teams
