Job Description

  • Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
  • Support procurement activities by managing materials and supplies for ongoing projects.
  • Contribute to project closeout processes, including final inspections and documentation.
  • Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders and team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful APM should have:

  • Experience with construction project management or project engineering tasks.
  • Commercial construction ground up experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with construction safety standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Problem-solving skills to address project challenges efficiently.
