Job Description

  • Oversee daily on-site activities to ensure construction projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions proactively.
  • Supervise and manage on-site staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and logs.
