• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to review project specifications and plans.
• Analyze project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Assist with bid proposals and ensure timely submission to potential clients.
• Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure competitive estimates.
