A Construction Estimator analyzes project plans, specifications, and material requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to evaluate pricing, manage bid proposals, and help ensure projects are completed within budget.

Job Description

    • Review plans, specifications, and project documents.
    • Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets.
    • Perform quantity takeoffs for labor and materials.
    • Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
    • Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities and project risks.
    • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
    • Maintain estimating records and cost databases.

  • Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
