Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and project reporting
  • Guide subcontractor coordination and client communication efforts
  • Oversee estimating, change orders, and project profitability
  • Travel to project sites as needed to support successful execution

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Manager experience with a commercial GC
  • Strong ground-up construction experience required
  • Experience delivering retail, office, or hospitality projects
  • Proven estimating and financial management capabilities
  • Team-oriented professional with strong communication skills
