Job Description

The Project Executive will provide strategic leadership across multiple commercial construction projects and project teams. Reporting to senior operational leadership, this individual will drive project performance, client satisfaction, financial success, and team development.

  • Provide executive oversight for complex ground-up commercial projects
  • Lead project teams through all phases of construction delivery
  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Drive financial performance including budgets, forecasting, and risk management
  • Support business development efforts and help secure future opportunities
  • Mentor, develop, and retain high-performing project management teams
  • Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial projects valued at $50M or greater
  • Demonstrated success managing the full project life cycle from preconstruction through closeout
  • Experience leading large project teams, multiple stakeholders, and client relationships
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
  • Experience with leading commercial construction software platforms and project controls systems
