Job Description

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through completion
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams
  • Lead project meetings and ensure milestones are achieved
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project financials
  • Identify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of Project Management experience
  • Proven experience with ground-up commercial projects ($5M-$20M)
  • Background across sectors such as retail, education, office, or healthcare
  • Strong tenure required (candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered)
  • Experience with Design-Build or CM at Risk delivery methods preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Must be local to Charleston, SC
