The business is family-owned, has no outside investors, and continues to expand through acquisitions and redevelopment projects across industrial, commercial, office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities.Job Description* Manage redevelopment, renovation, adaptive reuse, and tenant improvement projects from planning through completion.* Lead budgeting, estimating, scheduling, contract administration, permitting, and project financial management.* Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, tenants, and ownership teams throughout project execution.* Senior PMs manage multiple projects simultaneously and work directly with executive leadership, ownership, and project stakeholders.* Report to Regional Project Executives while helping drive project delivery, problem-solving, and overall project success.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
