The Project Manager will be responsible for leading commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, maintaining ownership of project budgets, schedules, client relationships, subcontractor management, and overall project execution.

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project milestones.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Resolve project-related challenges to maintain smooth operations.

  • 7-10 years of construction Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage commercial projects
  • Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and operations
  • Experience leading projects from start to finish
