Commercial Construction Project Manager

• Plan, execute, and oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and manage changes to project scope and cost.
