The company is especially recognized for its expertise in commercial, retail, and faith-based construction projects and its dedication to exceptional client service throughout every phase of a projeJob DescriptionAs the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning through final turnover and warranty completion.Key responsibilities include:Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutManage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performanceDevelop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time deliveryCoordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and ownersConduct project planning, risk assessment, and value engineering activitiesDrive procurement efforts and subcontractor buyout processesMonitor project costs and proactively manage changes and forecastsLead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholdersEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirementsManage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reportingSupport field teams and collaborate closely with SuperintendentsBuild and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycleDeliver projects that meet quality expectations, budget goals, and schedule commitments MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
