Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all job sites.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports and updates for stakeholders.
  • Lead project meetings and address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
  • Develop and maintain strong industry relationships to support project success.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Construction Project Manager should have:

  • 5-7 yrs experience with managing commercial construction projects from start to finish up to $20M.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a busy environment.
