Job Description

As a Commercial Construction Project Manager in Syracuse, NY, you will:

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, and consultants.
  • Manage procurement, contracts, and project buyout.
  • Create and maintain project schedules.
  • Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
  • Review field operations and quality control.
  • Manage change orders and project documentation.
  • Lead project meetings and project closeout activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Construction Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Strong scheduling, estimating, and contract management skills.
  • Proven leadership and communication abilities.Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Consistent construction industry work history.
