Job Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction to project closeout.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment to align with project timelines.
  • Lead project meetings and foster clear communication among all team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Ground up Commercial Construction Experience
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
