The Superintendent will be responsible for the day‑to‑day on‑site execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality. This role serves as the primary field leader, coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and working closely with the Project Management team to proactively resolve issues and drive successful project outcomes.

Job Description

  • Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through close‑out
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
  • Maintain and enforce project schedules, sequencing, and site logistics
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to manage scopes, schedules, and field challenges
  • Review plans, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution
  • Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and punch lists
  • Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for inspectors and client representatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Background in tenant improvements, interior renovations, and/or ground‑up construction
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor coordination skills
  • Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and sequencing
  • Safety‑driven mindset with attention to quality and detail
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
