Commercial Construction Superintendent - Oklahoma City

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to align construction progress with project goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and logs.
• Resolve any on-site challenges that may arise during the construction process.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and properly utilized to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates and address any concerns.
