Commercial Construction - Superintendent - Retail Interiors

• Oversee daily retail interior construction activities across assigned project sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to keep work aligned with project schedules.
• Review site conditions and address day-to-day construction needs as work progresses.
• Track completed work and identify items that require follow-up before the next phase begins.
• Work with project stakeholders to communicate site updates, priorities, and schedule changes.
• Maintain an active on-site presence to monitor work quality and progress.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site access to support planned construction activities.
• Help resolve field issues that affect retail interior project timelines.
